Laser Marking Technology

Laser marking is an exciting technology that provides custom engravers with the ability to perform versatile, personalized, and high quality engraving on pens. 

Laser marking is capable of producing text on metallic objects that are so small it is barely readable with the naked eye. The text quality and definition are excellent and exceeds that of traditional engraving methods.
All metals used in the production of pens can be engraved, including precious metals such as silver and gold; the material's melting point, softness, and depth of cut may affect definition. Laser marking of plastic pens can also yield great results.

1.For pen laser engraving/ marking machine, you can choose 20w, 30w,50w or 100w Raycus laser source. If you want color marking,can choose MOPA laser source (on stainless steel and titanium).

2.Machine can be used for marking logo,multiple fonts, images, Miniature 2D bar codes and many other designs on metallic materials and hard plastic materials. Such as stainless steel, aluminum, gold, brass, silver and hard pvc.

3.Machine adopts touchwin transmission system, it can mark pen automatically and save labor cost.And it can count how many pens has been marked.

4. This type laser engraving marking machine is non-contact process. It does not produce any deformation in working.
