[Laser machine ]Laser Cutting is uneven
Release Time:2017-08-08Browsing Times:314
Check if there is a distortion of the material. If there is, we recommend to use masking tapes to fix the material. Also, if angles of feet are not properly adjusted, distance to the material differs throughout the cutting area which results in uneven cutting. Especially for Mini, when processing clear/white/metal materials, laser radiation might be reflected or permeated and creates uneven cutting/engraving

[Laser machine] Processing power is extremely low
Release Time:2017-08-08Browsing Times:233
1.Processing power is so low that it cannot cut a paper adequately. There needs keep a certain space between laser module and material. Set the height of laser module with specific tool. For trial purpose, set the speed low and laser power 100%, and cut or engrave.

[laser machine] PC does not recognize the processor
Release Time:2017-08-08Browsing Times:220
PC and processor are connected and software is started, but PC does not recognize the processore. Check if the power on the processor is on (whether the fan is spinning). If the power is not on, see if AC adaptor is not loose at the connecting part. Sometimes restarting the PC solves the problem, so restart the PC and see if it works. If you are using Wintek Laser and processor is not recognized even though power is on, see if the driver is installed. (URL for driver installation is in the manual)

[Laser Machine] Machine stops during processing
Release Time:2017-08-08Browsing Times:228
PC might goes into sleep mode if there is no operation on PC for a certain period which stops the processing. Go to control panel to change the sleep mode setting. Another possibility is that y-axis hitting the limit by slipping. If this is the case, please see the Malfunction of y-axis.

[CNC Router ] The spindle will not turn
Release Time:2017-08-08Browsing Times:262
There are several reasons for spindle not turn. Possible causes for spindle failure: Inverter is off or has an error . Locate the inverter then look for the display on the inverter. If the display shows nothing, ensure there is power to the inverter. Commonly, inverters are shut off via a large knife switch and sometimes they are left off by accident. If there is power to the inverter, it is possible the power is insufficient or too high, or that the inverter is no longer functioning. If the display is active, look for an error message. On an Altivar brand inverter, if the display reads anythi

[CNC Router] Machine hits the end of travel while running
Release Time:2017-08-08Browsing Times:185
Setting the origin For proper operation, the machine has to match up the coordinate system with that of the drawing that it is running. The origins are sometimes referred to the zeroes. Do not confuse this position with the home, which is the end of travel of all of the axes. The origin of the material is typically at one of the corners of the part. Sometimes it is in the middle of the part. Common to cabinet making and some other woodworking applications where stock isnt flat and veneers are involved, the Z zero is at the bottom of the material. The origin of the part in the CAM software rela

[Laser Marking Machine] After mark substrate there is no TherMark material left
Release Time:2017-08-08Browsing Times:218
This happens when you have your laser speed set too low. You are actually blowing the TherMark materials off the substrate surface. At too slow a marking speed, the amount of thermal energy is enough to disperse the materials around on the surface but not let them create a bond. In this instance you will need to increase the marking speed in increments of 5% until you find the exact setting needed.

Can paper burn during laser cutting ?
Release Time:2017-05-22Browsing Times:124
Paper is evaporated like wood, i.e. sublimated. During the cutting process, the paper is worn away in the form of a gas, visible as smoke, at high speed. The smoke transports the heat away from the paper, whereby the material is only minima
